The Accredited Precious Metals Dealers (APMD) is a specialization of the Professional Numismatist Guild, comprised strictly of the nation’s top precious metals dealers who all pledge to a code of ethics, legally bound to settle disputes. It’s a service which anyone buying or selling precious metals would want to be aware, but they had image, process and reach issues.
To convey the level of trustworthiness and ethical behavior required by APMD of their members, the organization required a brand presence that honestly communicated strength and truth while conveying the premium service level and high value of the offering. VFC modified the group’s existing identity and created campaigns that reached consumers.
VFC developed strategic messaging, built a strong framework, then employed a dynamic client management system to allow the organization to promote rotating content like member profiles, features and benefits.
APMD’s strategic plan included the development of positioning points and marketing messages that informed a variety of campaigns, all with different goals, that included display ads in industry publications, trade show programs and an aggressive social media campaign. Populating multiple channels with the organization’s new personality allowed VFC to improve AMPD’s brand recognition and reach.
