Like many VFC partners, A-G Administrators’ offering was more sophisticated and compelling than the way it was communicated to potential targets.
VFC collaborated on a strategic plan for a rebrand that included identity refinement and a reorganization of all sales and support assets including overhauling the Internet presence to improve communications. Sales and operational support in the form of web apps were also restructured and streamlined and VFC was very instrumental in A-G Administrators’ business architecture, evaluating the needs of each department and establishing customized tools for success.
Older brands can become complacent, but a VFC rebrand can inject excitement into all areas of the business.
Showcasing compelling images of student athletes and exploiting the relationships with impressive college programs was a no-brainer but, reorganizing all A-G Administrators’ marketing and supporting it with cohesive messaging that clearly communicated the value proposition has elevated the sports insurance specialists’ brand and enhanced conversations.
